Capacity develops and coordinates projects designed to provide practical solutions to environmental problems within communities.

Our projects deal with a number of issues including community action, environmental training, urbanisation and sustainable development.

Our current outreach projects are the Big Local, Diversity Environment Engagement Project (DEEP), Legal Action and Research for Communities Scheme (LARCS), Every Action Counts, Just Cities and Faith and the Environment.

Capacity also provides free advice and information to community groups or individuals trying to make a positive change to their local environments.
