Capacity Global works, whenever possible, with like-minded organisations, groups and individuals worldwide. To ensure internship, volunteer and job opportunities are open to a representative cross section of society we recruit using a diversity and equal opportunities policy.  If you’re interested in using your personal or organisational skill to support a particular Capacity Global project or issue please contact getinvolved@capacity.org.uk

Volunteers
Capacity Global offers volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Volunteers are valued as part of the Capacity Global team and, as far as possible, are given tasks, responsibilities and/or project work that matches individual interests and previous experience.

Internships
Capacity Global offers a small number of three to six month internships throughout the year. Internships are open to people who can demonstrate a commitment to environmental and social justice issues and an enthusiasm for research, journalism and community work. 

Internships timetables are decided on project needs, applicant’s skills and availability; however a minimum of 2 days a week is suggested. Office hours are 10am to 5:30pm unless otherwise arranged. Internships at Capacity Global are unpaid positions; however travel expenses and a lunch allowance will be paid. We recruit throughout the year.
