Capacity Global offers a 'one2one’ advice and information service providing practical and professional advice for community groups or individuals who are tackling environmental issues that cause problems in their quality of life at home, school, work or when using public facilities.  Our advice service is free of charge and strictly confidential. Using the Practical Quality Assurance Systems for Small Organisations (PQASSO), we also provide support for small NGO’s helping to develop their ability to campaign on social and environmental justice issues.
